New Customers and Installation Appointments:

  • Please ensure your timely arrival. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you are 30 minutes or more past your appointment’s time.
  • We are located in the Service Ontario Plaza on 30 Manitou Drive. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your installation appointment.
  • SmartStart requires 24 hours notice for appointment changes otherwise a missed appointment fee is applied to your account.
  • Bring all of your required documents. If you are missing any documents, we cannot proceed with the work.
  • Installation times are 60 to120 minutes depending on your vehicle. You are required to stay on site for the duration of the work.
  • VISA, Mastercard and Debit cards are accepted. SmartStart does not accept cash and American Express cards.
  • All vehicles must be in road worthy condition and have the interior compartment in a clean condition.
  • All SmartStart services are done by appointment only! You must contact SmartStart directly and book your service through them.
